Start with what you know: the property address, the material or area causing concern, what happened, what work is planned, and any photographs or reports you already have. Atlas Construction & Environmental can use that information to identify the most appropriate next conversation without assuming every concern requires removal.
Can asbestos be identified by looking at a material?+
No. Many materials look alike. Suspect material should be evaluated using an appropriate inspection or testing process before conclusions are made.
Is mold testing always necessary?+
No. When visible growth and a moisture source are clear, testing may not change the remediation decision. Testing is most useful when it answers a defined question.
Is lead abatement the same as ordinary renovation?+
No. Abatement is intended to address lead-based paint hazards, while renovation has a different primary purpose even when lead-safe work practices apply.
